To see the best of sport and our athlete's, we must strive to protect clean athletes. Many people know about the problems of doping in some sports, but other problems exist. FISav is committed to fighting ALL forms of cheating in sport.

The manipulation of sports events has become a problem in recent years. Manipulation of competitions occurs when an athlete, team or official cheats to favour a particular outcome of a competition. They may cheat to lose part or all of the competition.

For example, if an athlete lose a bout on purpose in order to determine an 'easier opponent' in the next phase of a competition. Other examples include team members who give away information about the team or deliberately throw a match to aid betting syndicates.

This kind of corruption threatens the very integrity of sport and is against the Olympic spirit.
