According to research, sport injuries can be reduced by over 50 per cent by performing properly structured warm-up and physical conditioning exercises on a regular basis.

The International Olympic Committee has developed a new app, called Get Set, to help prevent sports injuries. It provides effective and evidence-based workout routines, according to sporting needs.  The exercises can be carried out with a minimum of equipment, and are presented with variations, at three levels.

All exercises are presented through videos, supported by short descriptions on how to perform the exercise correctly.

Get Set is available for FREE on iOS and Android, in six languages (English, French, German, Spanish, Russian and Chinese).
